Rewall Terms of Use

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rewall on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store terms.

App Purpose

Rewall is intended to help with home-improvement planning by scanning rooms, previewing finishes, and estimating materials. It is a planning tool only. It is not a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, surveyor, code official, or interior-design certification service.

Compatible Hardware and Platform Limits

Some features depend on camera access, ARKit support, or LiDAR and RoomPlan availability on compatible devices. Rewall may offer different functionality depending on your device model, operating system version, and Apple platform capabilities.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Rewall Pro

• Rewall may offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime Pro options through the App Store.
• Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless canceled before renewal.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when Apple confirms the purchase.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple Account settings.
• Prices may vary by storefront, taxes, exchange rate, and App Store pricing changes.
• Lifetime access is a one-time purchase for the app as made available at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its media-services and App Store policies.

Free AR Preview Access

Rewall may allow a limited number of free AR previews before asking you to upgrade. Trial availability, preview limits, product offerings, and feature access may change over time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the measurements, photos, imported images, exports, and project decisions you make using Rewall.

• Review room dimensions and captured surfaces before purchasing materials.
• Check manufacturer coverage rates, roll sizes, sheet sizes, packaging, and waste allowances.
• Confirm local building requirements, safety rules, and job-site conditions separately.
• Keep your own backups of any exported files you want to preserve.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Rewall for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with the app, reverse engineer it, or attempt to extract source code except where law allows.
• Misrepresent Rewall estimates or previews as guaranteed professional construction documents.
• Use the app in a way that violates Apple platform rules or third-party rights.

Estimate and Preview Disclaimer

Measurements, shopping lists, cost totals, and AR previews are estimates and visual aids only. They may vary from real-world outcomes because of room geometry, capture quality, lighting, material waste, installer method, product coverage, pattern repeat, site conditions, or user input.

Exports, Imports, and Your Content

Rewall lets you create exports such as project archives and shopping-list PDFs. You remain responsible for any images, notes, or project data you import, export, or share. Once shared outside the app, those files are governed by the destination app or service you choose.

Privacy

Your use of Rewall is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Apple Standard EULA

If required by App Store review or in territories where Apple's standard terms apply, the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

No Warranty

Rewall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate for all rooms, measurements, finishes, or device conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Nguyen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app, reliance on estimates, purchase decisions, exported data, or inability to access features.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using Rewall at any time by deleting it from your device. Your rights under these terms may terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Rewall after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
