To speed up troubleshooting, include:
Confirm camera permission is enabled in iOS Settings. Room scanning and some advanced AR features also require compatible hardware and Apple AR support. Try again in a well-lit room with visible walls and floor edges.
Move slowly to let the app understand the space, rescan the room if walls were missed, and check lighting. Reflective, dark, or empty surfaces can reduce tracking quality.
Free users receive a limited number of AR previews. If you used them already, open the Pro upgrade screen to subscribe or buy lifetime access, or restore purchases if you already paid.
Open iOS Settings and make sure Rewall has access to Photos if you want to choose images from your library. Large images may also take a moment to process.
Use the Restore Purchases button inside Rewall and confirm you are signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase. If the issue continues, email support with the product you bought and your device details.
Rewall saves exports locally first, then hands them to the iOS share sheet when you choose to share. Check the Files app or the destination you selected during export.
Rewall provides planning estimates based on scanned or entered measurements. Always verify product coverage, packaging sizes, waste factors, and local site conditions before purchase.
Payments, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. For refunds, use Report a Problem.
If Pro access does not unlock correctly after a successful purchase, use Restore Purchases first before contacting support.
