AI Photo Blend Terms of Use

License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Photo Blend on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store terms.

App Purpose

AI Photo Blend helps you create AI-generated images from photos you select and trend templates you choose. The app is intended for creative, social, and personal image editing workflows.

Account Requirement

Sign-in with Apple or Google is required for image generation, credit syncing, subscriptions, purchase validation, and access to cloud generation jobs. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account you use with the app.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

• Each generation, remix, or reforge may use one or more credits as shown in the app.
• The app may provide a limited free monthly credit allowance.
• AI Photo Blend Pro provides a monthly generation allowance while the subscription is active.
• One-time credit packs may be offered for additional generations.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when Apple confirms the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal in your Apple Account settings.
• Prices, product availability, credit amounts, and free allowances may vary by storefront or change over time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its media-services and App Store policies.

Your Photos and Content

You keep your rights to photos you upload and content you create. You grant AI Photo Blend the limited rights needed to upload, process, transform, store, display, and deliver your selected photos and generated results so the app can provide its features.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and generated images you create or share using AI Photo Blend.

• Only upload photos you have the right and consent to use.
• Do not upload private, sensitive, or identifying images of others without appropriate permission.
• Review generated images before saving, posting, or sharing them.
• Comply with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights when using or sharing outputs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Photo Blend to create, request, upload, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or invasive of another person's privacy.
• Sexualizes minors or depicts minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Impersonates, defames, deceives, or misleads others.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempts to bypass app limits, payment systems, safety systems, or cloud-service protections.
• Interferes with the app, reverse engineers it, or attempts to extract source code except where law allows.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or visually different from your source photos or selected trend. Similar prompts or photos may produce different outputs. AI Photo Blend does not guarantee any specific result, likeness, quality, style, commercial suitability, or social-media performance.

Cloud Services and Availability

Generation depends on internet access, Firebase services, App Store services, Apple and Google sign-in providers, and AI generation infrastructure. Features may be delayed, unavailable, rate limited, or changed because of maintenance, provider outages, safety review, abuse prevention, or technical limits.

Library and Local Data

The in-app Library is a convenience feature for downloaded results and favorites. Keep your own copies of generated images you want to preserve. Deleting the app, deleting local Library items, or changing devices may remove local copies.

Privacy

Your use of AI Photo Blend is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Apple Standard EULA

If required by App Store review or in territories where Apple's standard terms apply, the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

No Warranty

AI Photo Blend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or able to produce any specific output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Nguyen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app, uploaded photos, generated outputs, purchases, unavailable features, or inability to access your account or Library.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using AI Photo Blend at any time by deleting it from your device. Your rights under these terms may terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of AI Photo Blend after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
