Generation asks me to sign in

Open Profile and sign in with Apple or Google. Sign-in is required so credits, purchases, and cloud generation jobs can be associated with your account.

Photo picker or saving is not working

Check iOS Settings and confirm AI Photo Blend has the Photos access needed to select source photos and save generated images to your camera roll.

Generation is taking longer than expected

Keep the app open until the upload finishes. After Firebase receives the files, the job can continue in the cloud and the app will show the latest status when you return.

I did not get a ready notification

Notifications require iOS notification permission. You can still open AI Photo Blend and check Library; completed generations are reloaded after sign-in when available.

No credits remaining

Each generation uses one credit. Free monthly credits, Pro monthly credits, and paid credit packs are shown in Profile. You can subscribe to Pro or buy a one-time pack from the credits screen.

Purchase did not add credits

Make sure you are signed in and connected to the internet, then reopen Profile. Purchases are verified with the App Store and synced through Firebase before credits appear.

The output does not match what I expected

Use clear, well-lit source photos and follow each idea's upload guide. AI results can vary, so try Remix, Reforge, or a different trend template if you want another interpretation.

A saved result disappeared

The in-app Library stores downloaded generation results locally on your device. If you delete the app or delete a generation from Library, that local copy may no longer be available.

Purchases and Refunds

Payments, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. For refunds, use Report a Problem.

If credits do not appear after a successful purchase, confirm you are signed in with the same AI Photo Blend account and Apple ID, then contact support with the product you bought.
