StudyRealm Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: April 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of StudyRealm, an iOS study timer and planner application provided by Le Nguyen. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

StudyRealm subscriptions are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Use of the App

StudyRealm is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and Apple's platform rules.

Accounts and Sync

Some features may work without an account. If you choose to sign in or use sync-enabled functionality, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining access to your account.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

StudyRealm may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store.

• Premium access may unlock features such as advanced analytics, planners, exports, themes, and Focus Mode tools.
• Subscription availability, pricing, and trial offers may change in the future.
• If a subscription expires, premium-only features may no longer be available.

App Data and Backups

StudyRealm is designed to store core data locally first. You are responsible for reviewing exports, backups, and sync settings if you rely on them for record keeping. We do not guarantee that local device storage, third-party cloud services, or Apple platform services will always be available without interruption.

Acceptable Use

• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the app in a way that interferes with the service, platform, or other users.
• You may not use StudyRealm for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of StudyRealm at any time, including feature availability, product positioning, or subscription offerings.

No Educational Guarantee

StudyRealm is a productivity tool. We do not guarantee academic results, exam performance, streak outcomes, or uninterrupted focus improvements.

Disclaimer

StudyRealm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, configuration, or third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, productivity, or academic outcomes arising from your use of StudyRealm.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on Apple services and optional third-party services such as Firebase. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or restrict access if required to protect the app, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
