To help me troubleshoot faster, please include:

Timer did not finish as expected: Make sure the app has notification permission and that Low Power Mode or Focus settings are not interfering with alerts or background behavior.
Restore purchases: Open the app and use the restore purchases option in Settings or the paywall. Also confirm you are signed into the correct Apple ID for the subscription.
Sync is not appearing across devices: Confirm you are signed into the same app account and that both devices have network access.
Focus Mode app blocking is unavailable: Make sure premium access is active and Screen Time / Family Controls permission has been granted on the device.
Notifications are missing: Check iOS Settings for notification permission and verify reminders are enabled in the app.
Export or backup issues: If an export or scheduled backup fails, verify the destination folder is still available and app file access has not changed.

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, request it through Report a Problem.

Notifications: Needed for study reminders and timer-related alerts.
Tracking: If shown, this applies to analytics or measurement preferences.
Screen Time / Family Controls: Needed for premium app blocking during focus sessions.
