PomoAura Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: April 14, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of PomoAura - AI Ambience Focus Timer, an iOS app for focus timers, ambient sound playback, habits, streaks, exports, and related premium features. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

You may use PomoAura only in compliance with applicable laws, Apple's platform rules, and these terms. You are responsible for how you use the timer, habits, exports, and any content you import or share from the app.

License

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and Billing

PomoAura may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as monthly and yearly Pro plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellation timing, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple.

Free Trial and Premium Access

PomoAura may provide a free trial or promotional access to Pro features. If you do not subscribe before a trial ends, premium-only features may become unavailable until an active subscription is restored or purchased.

Features and Availability

Features, prices, trial offers, and premium entitlements may change over time. Some functionality may depend on device compatibility, iOS version, local storage availability, imported media files, or Apple platform services.

User Content and Imports

If you import custom ambient audio or create exports, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use, store, and share that content. Do not use the app to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law permits it.
Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

Third-Party Services

PomoAura relies on Apple services including the App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions and restore purchases. Those services are governed by Apple's own terms and policies.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PomoAura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, productivity, revenue, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app.

Apple Standard EULA

If required by App Store review or in territories where Apple's standard terms apply, the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
