Common Topics
- Restore Purchases: If you already paid for Pro, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.
- Notifications not firing: Check that notifications are enabled for PomoAura in iOS Settings and that Focus modes or Scheduled Summary are not delaying alerts.
- Ambient audio stops or does not play: Relaunch the app and try the sound again. If you imported your own file, verify the file still exists and re-import it if needed.
- Stats, streaks, or habits look missing: PomoAura stores this data on-device. If the app was deleted or reinstalled, previous local history may no longer be available.
- Export or share issue: Exports are only created when you start them. If sharing fails, try saving to Files first and send support the exact step that failed.
Refunds and Purchases
All purchases, subscriptions, restores, and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, request it through Report a Problem.

PomoAura stores focus sessions, habits, timer preferences, and imported ambient files on your device. Read the privacy policy for full details.
