Math Realm Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Math Realm: Maths Adventures, an iOS and iPadOS app for primary maths practice, including times tables, fractions, telling time, calculations, progress tracking, rewards, and optional Math Realm Pro features. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Apple Standard EULA

Math Realm uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The Apple Standard EULA is available here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

If there is any conflict between these supplemental terms and Apple's Standard EULA for App Store distribution, Apple's Standard EULA applies where required by Apple's terms and App Store rules.

Use of the App

You may use Math Realm only in compliance with applicable laws, Apple's platform rules, and these terms. Parents, guardians, and educators are responsible for supervising a child's use of the app where appropriate.

Educational Use

Math Realm is a practice and learning tool. It is not a substitute for professional teaching, formal assessment, or school curriculum requirements. Maths questions, progress indicators, mastery scores, stars, coins, and difficulty suggestions are provided for practice and encouragement.

License

Subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Math Realm Pro and Billing

Math Realm may offer Math Realm Pro as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Pro unlocks optional Custom practice controls and removes ads. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Billing, refunds, Family Sharing availability, purchase history, and restore purchases are handled by Apple. You can restore purchases from the app when signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.

Free Features

Math Realm is designed so core learning content remains available without purchase. Free users can use learning lands and standard modes such as Learn, Practice, and Challenge where available. Feature availability may change over time.

Free users may see advertising placements or ad-removal prompts outside active question answering sessions. Math Realm Pro removes ads. Any production ad implementation must remain appropriate for the app's child-focused education context.

Progress, Rewards, and Local Data

Progress, stars, coins, streaks, cosmetics, power-ups, settings, and learner profile data are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or device data may remove local progress and rewards.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law permits it.
Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
Do not represent app progress, rewards, or practice results as formal educational certification.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

Third-Party Services

Math Realm relies on Apple services including iOS, iPadOS, the App Store, and StoreKit. Those services are governed by Apple's own terms and policies.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Math Realm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, rewards, productivity, revenue, goodwill, or app access arising from or related to your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
