Need help with Math Realm? I can help with times tables, fractions, telling time, calculation practice, progress, stars and coins, sound settings, Math Realm Pro, restore purchases, and bug reports.

• Which learning land you were using: Times Tables, Fractions, Time, or Calculations
• Mode used: Learn, Practice, Challenge, or Custom practice
• What happened, what you expected, and screenshots or a short recording if possible

Common Topics

• Restore purchases: If you already bought Math Realm Pro, open Settings or the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.
• Custom practice is locked: Learn, Practice, and Challenge modes are free. Custom practice controls are included with the one-time Math Realm Pro unlock.
• Ads: Math Realm Pro removes ads. The app is designed so ads are not shown inside active question-answering sessions.
• No sound or speech: Check device volume, Silent Mode, Sound effects, and Read questions aloud in Settings. Read-aloud uses your device text-to-speech voice.
• Practice feels too hard or too easy: Open Settings and change the learner difficulty. Math Realm may also suggest moving up or down after sessions.
• Progress or rewards: Stars, mastery, streaks, coins, cosmetics, and power-ups are stored locally on your device.

Refunds and Purchases

All purchases, restores, and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, request it through Report a Problem.

Privacy

Math Realm does not require an account. Learner progress, preferences, avatar choices, and rewards are stored on device. Read the privacy policy for full details.
