Glowform Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: July 31, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Glowform - Tangram Puzzle, an iPhone and iPad geometric puzzle game with local progress, optional ads and rewarded hints, and an optional Glowform Pro purchase. By downloading, accessing, or using Glowform, you agree to these terms.

Apple Standard EULA

Glowform uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The Apple Standard EULA is available here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

If these supplemental terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for App Store distribution, Apple's Standard EULA applies where required by Apple's terms or App Store rules.

License and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Glowform on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's applicable usage rules.

You may use Glowform only for personal, lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Apple's platform rules, and these terms.

Game Features and Progress

Glowform includes geometric silhouette puzzles, multiple difficulty modes, drag and rotation controls, snapping assistance, hints, visual and haptic feedback, and locally stored progress. Puzzle availability, difficulty, assistance, hint allowances, progression, balance, presentation, and other features may change between app versions.

Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally. Glowform does not provide its own account or cloud-sync service. We are not responsible for progress lost because the app is deleted, a device is replaced or damaged, storage fails, or an operating-system or backup process does not preserve the app's local data.

Advertising and Rewarded Hints

The free version may display menu banner ads and limited interstitial ads at natural breaks. Glowform may also offer an optional rewarded ad in exchange for a hint. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion of the rewarded ad.

Ad and rewarded-hint availability can depend on network conditions, region, consent choices, device settings, ad inventory, and third-party provider behavior. An unavailable or interrupted ad does not create an entitlement to a hint or other compensation. You can continue playing without choosing a rewarded ad.

Glowform Pro

Glowform Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase offered through Apple StoreKit. While the entitlement is active, Glowform Pro removes the in-app ad experience, unlocks the Pro shapes available in your app version, and adds three more hints to each puzzle round.

The purchase price is the localized price shown by the App Store at the time of purchase. Available content and features may vary by app version, device compatibility, country or region, and applicable platform rules. Glowform Pro is not a subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Apple handles billing, purchase history, refunds, and purchase restoration. Family Sharing is not promised unless Apple shows the purchase as shareable. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible Glowform Pro entitlement associated with your Apple Account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer, modify, sell, sublicense, or redistribute Glowform except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not exploit bugs, ads, rewarded hints, purchases, or platform services in an abusive way.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the app, its content, or related services.
• Do not use Glowform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

Intellectual Property

Glowform, including its software, puzzle designs, artwork, visual presentation, text, and other content, is owned by Le Nguyen or used under license and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Glowform or its content to you.

Privacy

Your use of Glowform is also subject to the Glowform Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, advertising data, consent choices, and purchases.

Third-Party Services

Glowform relies on Apple services, including the App Store and StoreKit, and on Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and applicable consent choices. Third-party services may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed and are governed by their providers' own terms and policies.

Updates, Availability, and Termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Glowform or any feature when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and platform requirements. We may terminate or restrict your license if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, warranty, and liability provisions, will survive.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glowform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, purchases, revenue, goodwill, or app access arising from or related to your use of Glowform. Limitations that are not permitted in your jurisdiction do not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Glowform after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
