Glowform Privacy Policy

Glowform - Tangram Puzzle is an iPhone and iPad game by Le Nguyen. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Summary

• No account required: You can play without creating an account with us.
• Local progress: Puzzle progress and preferences are stored on your device.
• Advertising: The free version uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for menu banners, occasional interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads that grant hints.
• One-time purchase: Apple StoreKit processes the optional Glowform Pro purchase. We do not receive your payment card details.
• No sensitive device access: Glowform does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, health, or precise location access.

Information Stored on Your Device

Glowform stores local data needed to operate the game, including:

• Completed shapes and difficulty levels
• Best completion times and move counts
• Shape and difficulty unlock progress
• Tutorial completion state
• Sound, music, haptic, reduced-effects, and related preferences
• A local cache of your Glowform Pro entitlement

This data is used to restore your game state and settings between launches. It is not uploaded to our own servers. Deleting the app may delete this locally stored data.

Advertising and Data Processed by Google

For players without Glowform Pro, Glowform uses Google Mobile Ads to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only after you choose to watch one for a hint. Interstitial ads may appear at limited natural breaks after completed puzzles. Ads are not placed on the puzzle board.

Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the ads delivered, Google may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, advertising data, product interactions, performance data, and crash or diagnostic data. Google may use some of this information to provide and measure advertising, perform analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve its services.

Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Glowform does not operate or control Google's advertising systems.

Consent and App Tracking Transparency

Where required, Glowform uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent before requesting ads. A privacy-options control is available in Glowform Settings when required so you can review or change applicable consent choices.

Glowform may also request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Your choice determines whether the advertising identifier may be used for tracking where applicable. You can review tracking permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from playing Glowform.

Glowform Pro and In-App Purchases

Glowform Pro is an optional, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple StoreKit. Apple handles payment, purchase history, refunds, and restoration. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Glowform checks StoreKit entitlement information to unlock Pro features and respond to purchases, restorations, refunds, or revocations.

When Glowform Pro is active, the app disables its ad experience and does not intentionally request new ads.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics or crash reports with Apple, Apple may provide diagnostic or aggregated information that can help identify crashes and improve app stability. Google Mobile Ads may also process ad-related performance and crash data as described above.

Third-Party Services

Glowform relies on the following services, each governed by its own terms and policies:

• Apple iOS and iPadOS frameworks for local storage, audio, haptics, and optional diagnostics
• Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases, refunds, and purchase restoration
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising, ad measurement, and related diagnostics
• Google User Messaging Platform for applicable advertising consent choices

Your Choices

• You can play without creating an account with us.
• You can decline optional rewarded ads and continue playing.
• You can manage tracking permission in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
• You can reopen ad privacy options from Glowform Settings when the option is required and available.
• You can manage Apple analytics and diagnostic sharing in device Settings.
• You can purchase Glowform Pro to remove the in-app ad experience.
• You can delete the app to remove Glowform's locally stored game data.

Children's Privacy

Glowform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers. Parents and guardians should review device, tracking, purchase, and advertising settings appropriate for their family.

Data Retention and Requests

We do not maintain user accounts or a first-party database of Glowform gameplay data. Local progress remains on your device until the app or its data is removed. Requests concerning data processed by Apple or Google should be directed to the relevant provider using its privacy tools.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
