Budget Expense Inventory Log Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your use of Budget Expense Inventory Log, an iOS app for expense tracking, receipt scanning, inventory logging, exports, reminders, and related premium features. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

You may use Budget Expense Inventory Log only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, review, export, or share from the app.

License

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The app may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, lifetime unlocks, or other in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment terms are governed by Apple's systems and policies.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Features and Availability

Features may change over time. Some functionality may depend on device compatibility, iOS version, internet connectivity, third-party services, Apple frameworks, or paid access. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features without prior notice.

AI, OCR, and Export Tools

Receipt OCR, AI extraction, forecasts, reports, or export tools are provided to assist you, but results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. You should review all extracted or generated information before relying on it for budgeting, accounting, tax, inventory, or purchasing decisions.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer the app except where prohibited by law from restricting that right.
• Do not use the app to store or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on Apple services and may integrate optional third-party services for AI, advertising, analytics, hosting, or sharing workflows. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Expense Inventory Log is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the app.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these terms terminate automatically if you violate them. You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
