• AI extraction quality: On-device extraction depends on Apple Intelligence availability. Cloud AI refinement (Pro) needs an internet connection.
• Purchase not restored: Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings and confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
• Ads still showing after Pro unlock: Fully relaunch the app and restore purchases once. If it continues, contact support with your purchase details.
• Export issues (CSV/PDF): Confirm storage/share permissions for destination apps and try exporting again from Settings.
• Daily reminder not firing: Check notification permission in iOS Settings and verify your reminder time in the app.
