• Game mode: Campaign, Endless Survival, Armory, Frame Select, Store, or Database
• Steps to reproduce, including what you expected and what happened
• Screenshots or a short screen recording, if possible

Common Topics

• Game crashes or freezes: Fully quit and relaunch the app. If it repeats, email the mode, sector, boss, or store screen you were using right before the issue.
• Progress looks missing: Local progress is stored on your device. Check that you are using the same device and have not deleted/reinstalled the app.
• Rewarded ad did not grant a reward: Check your network connection and try again. If the issue repeats, include the reward type: points, frame trial, Nova charge, or revive.
• Ads still show after Remove Ads: Open the Store and use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID that made the purchase.
• Game Center is not updating: Confirm you are signed into Game Center in iOS Settings, then relaunch the app and complete another run.

Purchases and Refunds

Aetherline Protocol may offer consumable Aether Point packs and a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Payments, refunds, and purchase history are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, request it through Report a Problem.

Consumable Aether Point packs are added after a verified purchase. Remove Ads removes banner and interstitial ads, grants a one-time Aether Point bonus, and lets rewarded shortcut buttons grant their normal reward without presenting an ad.
