ScribbleWorkbook Privacy Policy

ScribbleWorkbook is a writing and drawing app designed to keep your work under your control. This policy explains what data the app uses, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Summary

• Your content: Notes, drawings, and documents are stored on your device.
• Optional sync: If you enable iCloud, Apple may sync your data between your devices using your Apple ID.
• No account required: ScribbleWorkbook does not require you to create an account.

Data the App Uses

• User content: The notes, drawings, and files you create in ScribbleWorkbook.
• App settings: Preferences such as canvas options or export settings, stored locally.
• Diagnostics (optional): If you choose to share analytics or crash reports with Apple, Apple may provide aggregated diagnostics that help improve stability.

How Data Is Used

• To display, edit, and export your notes and drawings.
• To save your preferences and keep the app functioning reliably.
• To improve stability and performance based on diagnostics (when available).

Storage and Sync

Your content is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud features (where available), your content may be synced by Apple between your devices. ScribbleWorkbook does not operate its own cloud storage service.

Sharing and Export

When you export or share content (for example, to Files, Photos, Mail, or another app), that content is handled by the destination app or service under its own privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

ScribbleWorkbook may rely on Apple platform services for core functionality (for example, iCloud sync if you enable it) and for distribution and purchases via the App Store. Any data processed by those services is governed by Apple’s policies.

Your Choices

• You can enable or disable iCloud for ScribbleWorkbook in iOS/iPadOS Settings.
• You can manage sharing/export destinations using the system share sheet.
• You can delete the app to remove locally stored data (iCloud data may persist if enabled).

Children’s Privacy

ScribbleWorkbook is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
