Common Topics
- App crashes or freezes: Fully quit and relaunch the app. If it keeps happening, email the steps right before the crash.
- Purchases not restoring: Apple handles purchases. If the app has a “Restore Purchases” button, try that first. Otherwise, confirm you’re signed into the correct Apple ID.
- Reward/ads issue: If a rewarded ad didn’t grant the reward (when available), check your network connection and try again. If it repeats, email the approximate time it occurred.
- Settings not saving: If settings reset after an update, try restarting the device.
Refunds and Purchases
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, request it through Report a Problem.
