PixelCraft Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of PixelCraft, an iPhone and iPad game that turns real space missions into pixel-art challenges with local progress and an optional All Missions purchase. By downloading, accessing, or using PixelCraft, you agree to these terms.

Apple Standard EULA

PixelCraft uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The Apple Standard EULA is available here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

If these supplemental terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for App Store distribution, Apple's Standard EULA applies where required by Apple's terms or App Store rules.

License and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PixelCraft on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's applicable usage rules.

You may use PixelCraft only for personal, lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Apple's platform rules, and these terms.

Game Features and Progress

PixelCraft includes mission stories, instructions, timed challenges, practice results, stars, best times, original music and sound effects, haptic feedback, and display preferences. Mission availability, challenge balance, presentation, and other features may change between app versions.

Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally. PixelCraft does not provide its own account or cloud-sync service. We are not responsible for progress lost because the app is deleted, a device is replaced or damaged, storage fails, or an operating-system or backup process does not preserve the app's local data.

Historical and Educational Content

PixelCraft uses dates, numbers, and quotations drawn from NASA and mission records, but turns events into simplified interactive challenges. The app is for entertainment and general educational interest. It is not an official historical archive, technical simulator, training product, safety guide, or source of professional advice.

PixelCraft is an independent game and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NASA, another space agency, or a government organization. Third-party names, marks, quotations, and historical source material remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

All Missions

The first three missions are available without purchase. All Missions is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase offered through Apple StoreKit. While the entitlement is active, it unlocks every later mission included in your app version and later missions if and when they are added in future updates. All Missions is not a subscription.

The purchase price is the localized price shown by the App Store at confirmation. Apple handles payment, purchase history, refunds, and restoration. You can use Restore in PixelCraft Settings to ask Apple to restore an eligible entitlement associated with your Apple Account. Restoring an entitlement does not restore locally stored gameplay progress.

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

PixelCraft's software, original artwork, game design, presentation, text, sound effects, and music are owned by Le Nguyen or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Historical facts themselves are not claimed as proprietary. These terms do not transfer ownership of PixelCraft or its content to you.

Privacy

Your use of PixelCraft is also subject to the PixelCraft Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, Apple StoreKit, diagnostics, and your choices.

Third-Party Services

PixelCraft relies on Apple services, including iOS, iPadOS, the App Store, and StoreKit. Third-party services may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed and are governed by their providers' own terms and policies.

Updates, Availability, and Termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue PixelCraft or a feature when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and platform requirements. No schedule or quantity of future missions is promised. We may terminate or restrict your license if you materially violate these terms.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixelCraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, purchases, revenue, goodwill, or app access arising from or related to your use of PixelCraft. Limitations that are not permitted in your jurisdiction do not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of PixelCraft after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
