Common Topics
- A mission is locked: The first three missions are free. Later missions require the one-time All Missions purchase.
- A purchase is unavailable: Check your internet connection and confirm that the App Store is available for your Apple Account, then reopen the unlock screen.
- A previous purchase is not recognized: Open Settings in PixelCraft and choose Restore while signed in with the Apple Account that made or received the purchase.
- Progress looks missing: Stars, best times, practice results, and preferences are stored on the device. They may not return after the app is deleted or the device is replaced.
- Music, effects, or vibration are not working: Check PixelCraft Settings, device volume and Silent Mode, connected audio devices, and the system haptic settings.
- Motion or scanlines are uncomfortable: Screen shake and scanlines can each be turned off in PixelCraft Settings.
All Missions and Restore Purchases
All Missions is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. The first three missions remain free. All Missions unlocks every later mission included in your app version and any later mission added in a future update; it is not a subscription.
The App Store shows the price for your storefront before you confirm. Apple handles payment, purchase history, restoration, and refunds. Restoring does not charge you again. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem.
Local Progress
PixelCraft does not require an account and does not provide its own cloud-sync service. Mission progress and settings are stored locally. Deleting the app, replacing a device, or restoring a device without its app data may remove them. Restore can recover an eligible All Missions entitlement through Apple, but it cannot recover local gameplay progress.
Reset Progress in PixelCraft Settings clears mission stars and best times but does not remove an All Missions purchase.
Historical Content
PixelCraft turns real space missions into compact game challenges. Dates, numbers, and quotations are based on NASA and mission records, while controls and situations are simplified for play. PixelCraft is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NASA or another space agency.
