Common Topics
- Progress or scores seem missing: Little Note Learner stores progress locally on your device. If the app was deleted or the device was reset, previous data may not be recoverable.
- No sound or hint audio: Check the in-app Sound Effects setting, device volume, and Silent Mode or connected Bluetooth audio devices.
- Haptics are not working: Confirm Haptic Feedback is enabled in the app and that your device supports system haptics.
- Sharing results does not work: Try again after closing the share sheet and make sure the destination app is available on your device.
- Ads still appear after purchase: Try the app’s Restore Purchases option, then relaunch the app. If it continues, contact support with your purchase details.
- Wrong note answer or hint: Send the note shown on the staff, the key you tapped, and a screenshot if possible so I can verify the mapping.
Refunds and Purchases
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, request it through Report a Problem.
